Cook pasta according to package directions. In a large skillet, sauté broccoli, onion and red pepper in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute longer (do not over cook). Brown Smart Bacon in another skillet until crispy and break into bite-sized pieces. Add Smart Strips - Chick'n® and Smart Bacon® to the sauté mixture, cooking just long enough to heat through. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan Cheese.
