Breakfast Burrito

Heat 1 tbsp. oil or cooking spray in skillet. Add onion and sauté for a minute or two. In a small bowl mix egg with milk and add to skillet with onion. Scramble and set aside. In another skillet heat the remaining oil (cooking spray) and brown the Gimme Lean Sausage®, crumbling it as you stir.

Combine all and place on flour tortilla, sprinkle cheese on top and roll into a burrito. Serve with salsa.

1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/7 package Gimme Lean Sausage® style
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese or soy cheddar

1 flour tortilla
