Bake biscuits according to package directions.
In a non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Crumble Gimme Lean into skillet and break up pieces with a spatula. Heat Gimme Lean until browned, stirring often. Set aside. In a medium saucepan, heat margarine over medium heat until melted. Whisk in the flour to make a roux. Add the milk in a slow steady stream stirring with a whisk continuously. Continue stirring until thick. Add browned Gimme Lean to the roux. Season with pepper.
To serve, split biscuits in half on plate. Ladle sausage gravy over top. Enjoy!Serves 8
