Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients:
| 2 oz Gimme Lean® Sausage | | 1 egg | | 2 Tbsp whole milk | | 1 Tbsp white onion | | 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese | | 2 Tbsp vegetable oil | | 1 flour tortilla, 10 inch | | 2 Tbsp salsa |
Heat 1 Tbsp oil or cooking spray in skillet. Add onion and sauté for a minute or two. In a small bowl mix egg with milk and add to skillet with onion. Scramble and set aside.
In another skillet heat the remaining oil (cooking spray) and brown the Gimme Lean® Sausage, crumbling it as you stir.
Combine all and place on flour tortilla, sprinkle cheese on top and roll into a burrito. Serve with salsa.
