Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients:


2 oz Gimme Lean® Sausage
1 egg
2 Tbsp whole milk
1 Tbsp white onion
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 flour tortilla, 10 inch
2 Tbsp salsa

Heat 1 Tbsp oil or cooking spray in skillet. Add onion and sauté for a minute or two. In a small bowl mix egg with milk and add to skillet with onion. Scramble and set aside.

In another skillet heat the remaining oil (cooking spray) and brown the Gimme Lean® Sausage, crumbling it as you stir.

Combine all and place on flour tortilla, sprinkle cheese on top and roll into a burrito. Serve with salsa.
