New England Chick'n Corn Chowder

Ingredients:
| 1 pkg Smart Strips® Chick'n, 6 oz each | | 1 pkg Smart Bacon®, 5 oz each | | 3 Tbsp soy margarine | | 1/4 cup onion, chopped | | 1/4 cup celery, chopped | | 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced | | 2 Tbsp flour | | 3 cup plain soymilk | | 1-1/2 cup frozen corn kernels | | 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped (or 1/4 tsp. dried) | | 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper |
Melt soy margarine in a large Dutch oven, over medium heat. Add onion, celery and jalapeño; cook for a few minutes, until tender, stirring frequently. Add flour cook one minute, stirring constantly. Slowly stir in soymilk and remaining ingredients, except the Smart Bacon®. Bring to a boil and cook until thick, about five minutes.
Serve hot with Smart Bacon® crumbled on top.
