Waldorf Salad with Smart Cutlets® Original

Ingredients:
| 2 pkgs (6 oz each) Smart CutletsĀ® Original, cut into 1/2-inch pieces | | 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise | | 1 tablespoon lemon juice | | 3 large red delicious apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch chunks | | 1/2 cup diced celery | | 1/2 cup chopped walnuts | | 1/2 cup raisins |
In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve chilled
