Spring Pasta with Smart Bacon®

Serving Amount: 6 servings (1/6th recipe each)
Ingredients:
| 1 pkg (16 oz each) dry rotini pasta, uncooked | | 1 pkg (5 oz each) Lightlife® Smart Bacon® | | 1/2 cup frozen green peas | | 1 green onions | | 1 cup morel mushrooms | | 1/4 cup olive oil | | 2 tablespoons garlic | | 1/4 teaspoon salt | | 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese |
In large sauté pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. When hot, add onions and stir every minute or so. After 3 minutes, add mushrooms, Smart Bacon® and garlic. After five minutes, add peas and remaining olive oil. Add pasta and salt (to taste). Sprinkle with parmesan and serve immediately.
