Ingredients:
| 1 pkg (6 oz) Smoky Tempeh Strips, diced | | 1 pkg (6 oz) Smart Links® Breakfast, diced | | 3 tablespoons vegan margarine | | 1 small onion, diced | | 1 medium potato, peeled and diced |
In a large skillet, heat margarine over medium heat. Add onion and potato; cook, stirring frequently, 15-20 minutes or until potato starts to get soft. Add Fakin’ Bacon and Smart Links. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
