Serving Amount: 5 servings (3 pot stickers each)
|1 package (12 oz) Lightlife® Smart Ground® Original|
|3 Tbsp. olive oil|
|3 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic|
|3 sliced green onions|
|3 Tbsp. soy sauce|
|15 wonton wraps|
|2 cups vegetable oil|
Preheat olive oil in sauté pan over medium-high heat. After hot, add Smart Ground® Original, garlic, green onions and soy sauce; sauté until slightly browned. Put a scoop of mixture in center of each wonton wrap. Fold and roll up; seal edges with water.
Heat 1/4-inch layer of vegetable oil in sauté pan. Fry pot stickers for 2 minutes on each side or until brown. Serve with soy sauce on the side for dipping.
