|1 package (12 oz) Lightlife® Smart Ground® Original|
|1 1/2 tsp. chili powder|
|1 tsp. onion powder|
|1 Tbsp. olive oil|
|1 can (16 oz) no fat refried beans|
|1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies|
|3/4 cup taco sauce|
|2 cups shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend, divided|
|1 cup fat-free sour cream|
|1/3 cup chopped green onions|
|tortilla chips (optional)|
Crumble Smart Ground® Original into a large bowl. Add chili powder and onion powder; stir to combine. Set aside.
In a 13x9x2 baking dish coated with olive oil, layer the beans, Smart Ground® mixture, green chilies, taco sauce and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 25-30 mins. or until cheese melts and bubbles around the edges.
Cool for five minutes. Spread sour cream on top; sprinkle with green onions and remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
