Pasta with Chick'n & Smart Bacon®

|1 package (6 oz) Lightlife® Smart Strips® Chick'n|
|1/2 package (5 oz) Lightlife® Smart Bacon®|
|8 ounces dry pasta, uncooked|
|1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets, cut into bite-size pieces|
|1 small onion, sliced in long strips|
|1 medium red bell pepper, sliced in long strips|
|1 Tbsp. olive oil|
|2 cloves garlic, finely chopped|
|1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese|
Cook pasta according to package directions. In a large skillet, sauté broccoli, onion and red pepper in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute longer (do not overcook).
Brown Smart Bacon® in another skillet until crispy and break into bite-sized pieces. Add Smart Strips® Chick'n and Smart Bacon® to the sauté mixture, cooking just long enough to heat through. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese.
