Breakfast Sandwich with Gimme Lean® Sausage and Smart Deli® Ham

Ingredients:
| 1 pkg (14oz) Gimme Lean® Sausage | | 6 slices Smart Deli® Ham | | 1 tablespoon vegetable oil | | 6 slices vegan American cheese | | 6 vegan English muffins, cut in half | | 1 tablespoon vegan margarine |
Form Gimme Lean® Sausage into 6 equal-size patties the same diameter as the English muffins. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage patties and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Remove from pan. In same pan, cook ham slices 15 seconds on each side. Remove.
Place 1 sausage patty on bottom half of each English muffin, top with 1 slice ham and 1 slice cheese. Cover with top half of English muffin. In a skillet, melt margarine. Cook sandwiches for 2 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.
